- It was another cold day in the IE, so my bones were in need of some soup, my mind was set on a noodle house and behold... #1 Phở Noodle & Grill. I normally go straight for the Rare Beef Phở - like the devil in St. Petersburg I saw it was a time for change... I went for a seafood and rice noodles. I do indulge myself in seafood, with that said I was a little disappointed to see imitation crab. Nonetheless, the Phở was amazing especially with the typical garnishes (cilantro, basil, lime, bean sprouts, and onions) dumped in. I recommend sticking your FORKin' chop sticks here. Sashimi P.
